Tečaj “Mindful Communication” održava se na engleskom jeziku, a vodi ga Dr. David McMurtry. Tečaj se provodi kroz 4 online susreta uživo u trajanju od 2,5 sata, svaki drugi tjedan. Takav ritam daje nam vremena da primijenimo svoje učenje u svakodnevnoj komunikaciji i razgovorima.

Most of us are feeling the impact of the current economic and financial situation on our lives – high inflation, and high costs and prices, including for our energy. This is a good time to be mindful and aware!
So, with the desire to help, we at Mindfulness Hrvatska have decided to reduce the course fee of our online short course Mindful Communication, which is due to start soon, by 50%. The cost is now €90 (678.11 kuna, €1=7,53450kn), for everyone, whether already registered or still to register.
Furthermore, to give a little more time for people to register, the start of the course is delayed by one week, and we will now begin on Tuesday 07.02.2023. We are still offering the course on this occasion, at a time that may be more suitable for people who find it difficult to meet in the evenings. This timing may also be better for people who wish to participate during their working hours.
Everything we experience is through our mind, and mindfulness, therefore, can potentially change or enhance anything and everything. Our communication is also at the heart of everything we do. How we talk, listen, and write, is so important to our interaction, our relationships, our effectiveness, and our well-being.
Mindful Communication is an interactive, practical course to introduce you to communicating more mindfully. The course is taught in English by Dr David McMurtry. Mindful Communication involves 4 live online sessions of 2.5 hours, every second week, giving us time to apply our learning in our everyday communication and conversations.
